There are better allergy cookbooks out there. They don't cover all of the allergens. I wouldn't recommend checking out this book. The recipes weren't all that exciting and the photos didn't look appealing. And for those with egg allergies, I wouldn't recommend this book. Egg is one of the major allergens, but they have eggs in quite a few of their recipes. I was disappointed with the recipes. It's not an essential cookbook.
