Add a CommentWell written and interesting. I enjoy this author's books both set in Seattle and in Montana. You get a bit of local flavor and interest and they are well written. She doesn't dumb anything down and the characters are complex.
Although I did enjoy this book, I found many of the characters rather hostile. Maybe as the series proceeds this will improve. Her relationship with her mother seems particularly convoluted and hostile. I liked the book enough to give another one a go,
First in the food lover's village mystery series. Something to read to pass away the time. The family setting running a store and the description of the food made the book interesting. The murder part of the story was okay.
