Definitely a pre-9/11 book! Pre-war, pre-recession. However, I really enjoyed it. Jack is smart and Howard is great! The mystery is strong. I wasn't sure which way it would jump, though I had my suspicions. Also, I just enjoy a good mystery and this one was solid.
