I worked out 6 hours every day for 20 years. Anyone can do it.

Honey, black people don't go to therapy. We go to barbershops. That's where we talk out our problems. Or we watch the movie Barbershop. One or the other.

I mean, you guys are like a power couple, dude!
-No, no.
Yes! You're like Taylor Swift and whoever she's dating right now.

Being the hero of your own story isn't about stopping bad guys or climbing mountains. It's about overcoming bullies in your life, whatever or whomever they may be. It's about putting it all out there for everyone to see. And it's realizing that, in life, the most important thing that you can be is yourself.

Okay, passable, average entertainment.
Dwayne Johnson made the show. Kevin Hart I can take or leave.
There were some good funny bits.
I expected this to be a farce, but while the trailers I saw made me think it would be comedic farce, it instead turned out to be stupidity. I didn't find the acting to be credible, and thought that the stars were definitely under-utilized. I didn't feel like they were really connecting, either in the film or as co-stars, but merely going through the motions. In my opinion, this film was poorly written, poorly acted and although the stars were probably a big draw, they did not follow through on their promise. A total waste of time, IMO.
I laughed so hard. Kevin Hart who is so funny, and willingly pokes fun at his own size, teamed up with Dwayne "THE ROCK" Johnson as his sidekick, great team! The situation is ridiculous but that's why it is so funny.
Would like to see this with a team of Black Women in the same roles.
It's not easy to make me laugh when I'm watching a comedy movie alone, but I was laughing continually during the film. There were some things that I didn't really like such as the bullying and locker room stuff. Aside from than those things, there were many funny scenes such as the slapping scene in their counseling session. The ending was pretty dumb though. I do get why they went with that ending but it was ridiculous and didn't really mesh with rest of the movie's many funny scenes.
I watched this film mainly because of the comedic timing and appeal of Dwayne Johnson, and even thought the trailers made Kevin Hart (Grudge Match: 2013; Ride Along: 2014) look ok, however it was not very funny nor well written by part screen writer credits by Ike Barinholtz, (Neighbors: 2014; Suicide Squad: 2016; The Mindy Project-tv).
Although it did have a few mildly funny parts, it was largely humourless, and found Kevin Hart to be ever so annoying as before. Dwayne Johnson (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle:2017; Rampage: 2018) was as good as usual, and mildly interested with some of the other bit players, such a Danielle Nicolete (The Flash: tv), Jason Bateman (Arrested Developement: tv), Melissa McCarthy (Spy: 2015; The Boss: 2016), and Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick: 2017).
The fight scenes are an example of the typical multi-edited segments put together, rather than the long shots used more effectively in a recent film such as Platinum Blonde.
Although my partner and I did stick it out, we found that this was not really worthwhile.
This Blue-ray disc provided a theatrical version and an unrated version, we chose to watch the theatrical version.
Pretty good movie a few good laughs! Even know I don't care much for the little pip squeak Kevin Hart!
Funny and silly. Love Aaron Paul in this movie!
Funny, but sometimes R-rated jokes and scenes. Should be rated R.
Had potential, but still a funny movie.
Good movie, I love the scene where they slap each other. The outtakes are hilarious.
