“Crystal Kingdom”, Book #3 of the “Kanin Chronicles” series, written by Amanda Hocking, is the final book in this trilogy. I really enjoyed reading this series, but if I compare it to Amanda Hocking’s previous series titled the “Trylle Trilogy”, then I would say that although this series is very good, the previous one was better, and if I compare this book to the previous ones in this series, then I would say that although this book is very good, the previous one is better, but like I said this book is very good and is definitely not even close to being a disappointment. Coming back to the “Crystal Kingdom”, I think anyone who has read the previous books should definitely read this one because it ties up a lot of loose ends and it is still a fairly well written ending to this series, but I would like to warn you that this book does get a little boring at a few points. I rate this book a 3.5 out of 5.

Crystal Kingdom was a great story with fun characters.

The final installment of the Kanin chronicles, and I got to say, while it was entertaining, I was kind of ready for it to be over. Wendy and Loki weren't really in it, the big bad battle was looming until action occurred at the very end where Bryn became a BA. I didn't really like how there was a ton of detail and lead-up in the previous two books and how in this one it all felt kind of rushed.
Bryn's adventure concludes in an icy explosion in the midst of a kingdom wide conspiracy. Everything ties together as Bryn learns the truth in her journey from exile to revolter.

Crystal Kingdom failed to engage me in its storytelling much like its predecessor Ice Kissed. Bryn was a cookie cutter teenage female warrior/savior who is the bestest, the smartest and pretty much the only one right. Coupled that with events happening not because they have a real purpose but for the sake of filling pages and the book turned out to be disappointing.

I wish there was more of Konstantin. He made things interesting.

The third volume in the Kanin Chronicles does not disappoint. It was wonderful to see how Amanda Hocking pulled everything together. I was happy, sad, nervous; all of the feels happened.
