Add a Commentfantastic conclusion to this trilogy. Once again juliet marillier has given us a great trilogy. She is my favorite authors..... She has a way to putting a great touch to an old legend.. Loved this book
This was a fantastic conclusion to Marillier's trilogy. Blackthorn and Grimm have reached a point of stability; however, room is left for future adventures (one can only hope!).
Marillier always does an amazing job extracting an exciting, beautifully written tale from even the smallest fragment of folklore. This series, in particular, has clever plots created from the idea that the old popular stories hold at least a grain of truth... How those truths manifest surprise both the readers and the characters.
