Good short story

formrfarmr2011 Aug 09, 2014

This book is good as far as it goes but is very short compared to the rest of the series; one can read it in less than an hour. It doesn't have the same pizzaz as his other works but still is a good read. Lyra does not go to any other worlds but deals with a threat in her own. Pan is still present which adds to the story, but I miss the other characters. I think it might have been cool if he would have interspersed a story happening in the same time in Will's world.

One Word: Meh.... Cannot wait for Book of Dust though! :D

Odd that I couldn't bother finishing a 64 page book but there just wasn't anything interesting about it. A disappointment because I liked His Dark Materials.
