This book was very enlightening and heartbreaking. I loved the experience of reading from the perspective of a non-famous, every day dealing with such adversity. Esther’s personality, hope, and passion for life jumps off the page and I loved hearing her thoughts and reading people’s perspectives on her. Her words and opinions are potent and jump off the page, and you feel as though you slowly get to know her as you progress through the story.
