One big, big problem with all of the Agatha Christie murder mysteries, especially the televised ones, is the lack of blood at the various gruesome scenes. We know that you can not slice a throat without the blood being everywhere and on everyone. Just look at this particular story. It's Christmas, when we celebrate the birth of Jesus. People are singing carols, exchanging gives, visiting loved ones. What does Agatha Christie focus on: murder of one human being by another human being. I also have wondered what kind of outlook Agatha have on life for her to choose murder as her subject. Of course we must keep in mind that people, you and I, apparently enjoy watching murder enfold itself before our very eyes!
